镍基合金粉末是 市面上用量较广的一种合金粉、其主要用于钢件的、耐磨、防腐、防锈等，牌号分高硬度与低硬度两个种类，高硬度耐磨防腐，低硬度修复在加工。具有优良的综合性能，耐腐蚀，抗氧化性，耐热，耐低应力磨粒磨损及良好的冲击韧性。熔点低，固液相温度区间宽，对多种基体和WC颗粒等有强的润湿能力，操作简便。
自熔性、润湿性和喷焊性优良，喷焊层具有硬度高、耐蚀、耐磨、耐热特点，难以切削，以湿式磨削为宜。
